Come and join the fun at this year's Watershed Adventure Race being held at the Delta Watershed Sept. 19, 2009 at 8:30am. It's a fun running/biking race aimed to please adventurers of all ages. There will be mystery challenges along the way (but nothing you can't do!)
Physiomoves is proud to sponsor and support this local YMCA community event. We will be providing free post-race massage and some swag for the "swag bag"! We had lots of fun last year and look forward to this year's event. Hope to see you there!
